Hotel was beautiful, but the staff is what makes this facility top notch. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service picked us up promptly from the airport as promised and staff let us know that it was available to take us anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. Very nice amenity when you don't have a car at your disposal. We had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel. The food was top notch, but the margaritas really put our meal over the top. I strongly recommend the peach margaritas. They are GREAT! I also want to mention that I accidentally left my credit card at the restaurant and was a nervous wreck when I discovered my mental lapse. I called the hotel the next morning and the young lady who answered assured my that my credit card had been turned into management. She even sent it back to me for a small fee. I was sooo relieved! Like I say, GREAT staff. this will be my go-to hotel in McAllen, TX.

I liked having real glassware and coffee cups. The staff was very accommodating, front desk to housekeeping.The modern decor in the room was refreshing. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve encountered in many of my travels. Close to the airport and major roads if your visiting the RGV. I’ll stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Great place! It is beautiful and rooms clean, AC worked great. The rooms were really clean with all comfort. Beds are super comfortable and so are the pillows. The pool is nice too they provide the towels. The breakfast was really good and all staff were super friendly. I will definitely be booking again!

Location was very close to La Plaza Mall and many restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, seemed newly renovated, breakfast was included and good equality. Every member of staff was approachable and friendly. Best hotel stay in McAllen thus far, and a very reasonable price for what you get!
